Water Arrow

Ive been struggling between Meiun and Emerald as to who I should finish drawing first.
Turns out Mei won and I drew him using his water abilities >w<
Drawing the small water bubbles were pretty cool to do but making that magic circle was even MORE fun. Its the first time I've done one that looks decent-ish :3
